摘要: 制冷系统中压缩机工作时产生的压力脉动会直接影响被测机的噪声和振动,为了开展压力脉动和噪声、振动之间的联合分析,需要对压缩机管路的压力脉动进行监测。根据测试的需求首先对测试装置的采集卡、传感器等硬件进行选型,之后设计开发了配套的测试软件,本装置可以让相关研发人员作为参考,具有一定的工程应用价值。

Abstract: The pressure pulsation generated by the compressor during operation in the refrigeration system will directly affect the noise and vibration of the machine under test, and in order to carry out a joint analysis between pressure pulsation and noise and vibration, it is necessary to monitor the pressure pulsation of the compressor pipeline. According to the needs of testing, we first select the capture card, sensor and other hardware of the test device and then design and develop the supporting test software, this device can be used as a reference for relevant R&D personnel, with certain engineering application value.
