摘要: 为了在尽可能少的测试工况下快速获得高精度的冰箱压缩机全性能曲线,现提出了一种新的全性能曲线计算与修正方法。首先,利用热力学软件查表获得某制冷剂在不同工况下的冷量、入力、单位流量等;其次根据十系数法,获得压缩机各个性能的十系数,并且绘制出理论全性能曲线;最后通过实验测试三个工况点,修正理论全性能曲线,从而获得真实的全性能曲线。通过实验验证,该方法的误差较小。因此,相比于传统方法,该新方法可以简单、快捷、准确地获得压缩机的全性能曲线。

Abstract: In order to quickly obtain high-precision full performance curve of refrigerator compressor under as few test conditions as possible, a new calculation and correction method of full performance curve is proposed. Firstly, the cooling capacity, inlet force and unit flow of a refrigerant under different working conditions are obtained by looking up the table with thermodynamic software. Secondly, according to the ten coefficient method, the ten coefficients of each performance of the compressor are obtained, and the theoretical full performance curve is drawn. Finally, through the experimental test of three operating points, the theoretical full performance curve is modified to obtain the real full performance curve. The experimental results show that the error of this method is small. Therefore, compared with the traditional method, the new method can obtain the full performance curve of the compressor simply, quickly and accurately.
