往复式冰箱压缩机排气脉动研究现状与展望

摘要: 往复式冰箱压缩机存在排气脉动,减小排气脉动可直接降低压缩机管路系统的振动,从而有效地改善冰箱相应频段的噪声。对往复式冰箱压缩机排气脉动的研究理论以及现状进行了归纳与分析,主要对管路节流技术、缓冲腔的结构以及容积隔离技术的研究现状进行了总结;并指出后续小型化往复式冰箱压缩机排气脉动研究的发展方向。

Abstract: There is exhaust pulsation in reciprocating refrigerator compressor. Reducing the exhaust pulsation of reciprocating refrigerator compressor can effectively improve the matching noise in corresponding frequency band of refrigerator. Summarizing and analyzing the research theory and present situation of reciprocating refrigerator compressor, including pipeline throttling technology, buffer cavity structure and volume isolation technology. Discussing the future research direction of exhaust pulsation of miniaturized reciprocating refrigerator compressor.
