某风扇抖动问题分析及隔振研究

摘要: 某风扇在样机试验过程中,网罩出现较为严重的抖动问题,经测试其振动加速度达-5.1 dB,远高于-12 dB振动目标值。从激励源、传递路径和响应等方面对某风扇的抖动问题进行了系统研究,并通过仿真与试验相结合的方法对风扇的整机头部和网罩进行模态、振动传递函数的分析和对标,明确了风扇转速的一阶基频避频区间以防止共振。最后通过设计电机和网罩隔振两种不同的隔振方式,将整机振动加速度降低至-17.1 dB,较好的解决了该风扇的抖动问题。

Abstract: The grille exhibited a serious jitter problem during the prototype test of a fan, after testing, the vibration reached -5.1 dB, which was much higher than the target value of -12 dB. A systematic study of the jitter problem of a fan from the aspects of excitation source, transmission path and response, and carries out the modal and vibration transfer function of the head and grille of the fan through combination of simulation and experiment. The analysis and benchmarking of the fan clarified the mode frequency of structure to avoid first-order rotation fundamental frequency of the fan speed. By designing two different vibration isolation methods for the motor and the grille, the vibration of the whole machine is reduce to -17.1 dB, which perfectly solves the problem of jitter.
