摘要: 本文在分析了全自动波轮洗衣机现有悬挂系统减振原理后,总结了洗衣机原有悬挂系统的性能缺陷。根据整机系统的振动特性,引入准零刚度隔振理论,提出一种全新的可实现静态大刚度、动态小刚度的悬挂减振系统。通过数值模拟和实验验证了该设计方案的可行性,将该设计方案应用于全自动波轮洗衣机后,整机的振动性能得到大幅提高。

Abstract: The vibration performance defects of the suspension system of the automatic top load washing machine have been summarized in this paper after the vibration principle of the suspension system had been analyzed. According to the washing machine vibration performance and the quasi-zero-stiffness vibration isolation theory is used. An new suspension system with high-static and low-dynamic stiffness of the top load washing machine would be design. The feasibility of the new suspension system is verified by the numerical simulation and experiment. The vibration performance of the washing machine is greatly improved by adopting the quasi-zero stiffness suspension system.
