基于不同行径比的冰箱往复压缩机动力学分析

Dynamic analysis of different stroke/diameter ratios for reciprocating compressor of household refrigerator

摘要: 冰箱往复压缩机在相同排量条件下行程与缸径有多种不同的组合设计方法,针对不同行程与缸径比值(简称行径比)对压缩机性能的影响,以往复压缩机曲轴-连杆-活塞组成的运动机构为研究对象,分析了不同行径比压缩机的动力学特性,研究了不同行径比对压缩机性能的影响。结果表明,不同行径比对应压缩机的阻力矩完全相同;增大行径比能够降低轴承负载的要求,有利于轻量化设计,同时可以提高压缩容积效率,提升压缩机制冷量和性能。

Abstract: The refrigerator reciprocating compressor usually has many different design methods on the ratio of piston-stroke to cylinder-diameter (stroke-to-diameter ratio for short). Based on influences on different stroke-to-diameters of reciprocating compressor, investigates the mechanism of shaft-connecting rod-piston on reciprocating compressor, analyses the dynamic characteristics on the influence of different stroke-to-diameters ratio. It is observed that the stroke-to-diameter has no influence on the resist-torque. Increasing the stroke-to-diameter appropriately can reduce the side-force of piston and the friction force of piston, enhances the refrigeration capacity and the coefficient of performance.
