超低温条件下直流电机启动性能的研究与分析

摘要: 在极寒气候条件下,电机受到风机负载及内部润滑油等阻力矩的影响,启动性能急剧下降,极易导致启动失败。这是制约空调器在低温条件下正常运行的难题。通过对电机启动瞬间轴系的受力情况进行分析,分别从提高电机启动力矩和降低阻力矩两个方面进行了详细论述。由此得出:通过提高直流电机的启动电流和采用新型耐低温的润滑油及电机轴承两种方案均可解决低温条件下电机的启动问题,并通过实验证明了解决方案的有效性。

Abstract: Under extremely cold weather conditions, the starting performance of the motor decreases sharply due to the influence of resistance torque such as fan load and internal lubricating oil, which is very easy to lead to starting failure. This is a difficult problem that restricts the normal operation of air conditioner under low temperature conditions. Through the analysis of the force on the shaft system at the moment of motor starting, it is discussed in detail from two aspects: increasing the motor starting torque and reducing the resistance torque. It is concluded that the starting problem of motor under low temperature can be solved by increasing the starting current of DC motor and adopting new low temperature resistant lubricating oil and motor bearing, and the effectiveness of the solution is verified by experiments.
