基于单自由度扭转模型的空调定速涡旋压缩机启动力矩识别

摘要: 空调定速涡旋压缩机启动瞬态会产生较大的启动力矩,在配管上产生较大的应力。识别压缩机启动力矩对预报及降低配管应力有重要意义。首先,将复杂的压缩机与配管系统简化为单自由度扭转模型;其次,基于压缩机不同位置的模态测试,计算出压缩机扭转传递函数;最后,根据杜哈梅积分与载荷函数识别出压缩机起动力矩,最大误差20%,为后续仿真计算提供载荷。

Abstract: The start-up transient of the air-conditioning constant speed scroll compressor will produce a large starting torque, which will cause a large stress on the piping. Identifying the starting torque of the compressor is of great significance for predicting and reducing piping stress. Firstly, simplify the complicated compressor and piping system into a single degree of freedom torsion model. Secondly, based on the modal test at different positions of the compressor, the compressor torsion transfer function is calculated. Finally, according to Duhamel's integral and load function, the starting torque of the compressor is identified, maximum error 20%, which provides load for subsequent simulation.
