摘要: 作为R410A的暂时替代制冷剂,R32在家用空调中的份额已达到50%以上。虽然R32的工作压力与R410A接近,大部分压缩机厂家采用了R410A压缩机直灌式应用。但R32与R410A的基本物性有所不同,直灌式应用的性能无法达到最优。针对R32的物性,研究其在转子压缩的应用特性,并最终设计出一款压缩机单体能效提升2%以上的产品。

Abstract: As the alternative of R410A, the amount of R32 compressor will up to 50% of the AC market. The operation presser is similar between R32 and R410A, but the thermal properties are not. As a key component of an air conditioner, R32 compressor needs to be designed according to R32 thermal properties. In this paper, a mathematical model of R32 compressor was built to optimize the main structure parameters, and the leakage, heat transfer and friction of a R32 compressor were discussed. Finally the performance of developed R32 compressor in this paper has been increased by 3% compared with the original R32 compressor.
