摘要: 由于家电常用注塑件ABS成本持续攀升,不少家电企业开始使用PP材料替代ABS以降低成本,但是PP材料与ABS材料在性能方面有差异,PP的抗冲击性能较差,成型的ABS产品直接换成PP材料,跌落冲击后产品容易出现破损情况。文章对PP材料性能进行分析,以成型产品用PP材料替换ABS的实例进行仿真和物理实验分析和方案优化,说明使用PP材料替换ABS材料应该注意的事项。

Abstract: As the cost of ABS commonly used for injection molding of home appliances continues to rise, many home appliance enterprises begin to use PP material to replace ABS to reduce the cost. However, PP material and ABS material have differences in performance, and the impact resistance of PP is poor. The formed ABS product is directly changed into PP material, and the product is prone to damage after the drop impact. In this paper, the properties of PP material are analyzed, and the simulation and physical experiment analysis and scheme optimization are carried out to replace ABS material with PP material for molding products. The matters that should be paid attention to when replacing ABS material with PP material are illustrated.
