室外机安装平台对房间空调器性能的影响(三)——实验研究

摘要: 通过对746个住宅建筑楼盘的问卷调研及110个住宅楼盘的现场勘查,探明了当前空调器室外机的主要安装形式为百叶窗凹槽,并调研其特征尺寸,依据调研结果还原其使用场景,在焓差实验室内对一台1 HP房间空调器采用GB/T 7725-2004的制冷性能实验方法进行了大量的对比测试。结果表明,常用百叶窗凹槽将导致空调器制冷能效比EER衰减36%,影响其性能的通风尺寸依次为前、左、上、后、右的间距,同时,百叶窗的格栅间距、倾斜方向与角度大小也是影响空调器性能的重要因素,且格栅间距存在有最优值;在此基础上,分析给出了1 HP空调器制冷能效比衰减小于4%的凹槽空间最小通风尺寸推荐值。

Abstract: Through the questionnaire survey of 746 residential buildings and the on-site survey of 110 residential buildings, the main installation form of the current air conditioner outdoor unit-the groove with louvers and its characteristic dimensions were found. Based on the research results to restore its usage scenarios, in the air-enthalpy difference laboratory, a large number of comparative tests were carried out on a 1 HP room air conditioner using the refrigeration performance test method of GB/T 7725-2004. The results show that the commonly used louver grooves will cause the cooling energy efficiency ratio of air conditioners to be reduced by 36%, and the ventilation dimensions that affect its performance are the front, left, top, rear, and right spacing in order, and there is an optimal value for the spacing of the louver grille which is related to the inclination direction and angle of the grille. On this basis, the recommended value of the minimum ventilation size of the groove space where the cooling energy efficiency ratio of 1 HP air conditioner attenuation is less than 4% is given.
