Study on the application dynamic vibration absorber design in rotary compressor

摘要: 研究并分析了旋转式压缩机扭转振动产生机理,针对压缩机的扭转振动特点,引入了动力吸振原理在压缩机振动改善中的应用。实验结果证明,通过设计在压缩机内部的动力吸振器结构相比增加同等重量的方式,能更有效地实现振动的减小,为压缩机的振动优化提供了应用实例。

Abstract: The mechanism of torsional vibration of rotary compressor is studied and analyzed. According to the characteristics of torsional vibration of compressor, the principle of dynamic vibration absorption is introduced to improve the vibration of compressor. The experimental results show that the vibration reduction can be achieved more effectively by designing the dynamic vibration absorber in the compressor than by adding the same weight. It provides an application example for vibration optimization of compressor.
