摘要: 电机是压缩机中将电能转化为气体压缩能的核心部件,制冷剂经压缩机做功压缩后形成高压推动制冷剂在管路系统中循环,因此电机的运行效率很大程度决定着压缩机的能效。结合轻型商用压缩机的负载特点,给出了设计的SPM永磁同步电机的各种特性,详细阐述了SPM铁氧体永磁同步电机在轻型商用压缩机中的应用优点。通过测试表明采用设计的SPM铁氧体永磁同步电机的轻型商用压缩机在各种工况中都有很好的运行效率。

Abstract: Motor is a key part of the compressor which can transfer electric energy to compression energy of gas. The high pressure of refrigerant compressed by compressor pushes the refrigerant to circulate in the system. The energy efficiency of compressor is determined by the motor efficiency. Different characteristics of the designed SPM synchronous permanent magnet motor combined with the load characteristics are described. There are many advantages for light commercial compressor using SPM synchronous permanent magnet motor. The test results indicated that light commercial compressor with SPM synchronous permanent magnet motor has better running performance under different working conditions.
