R290变频空调器制冷运行能耗仿真分析

Simulation analysis on refrigeration energy consumption of R290 variable frequency air conditioner

摘要: 通过焓差法测试了R290变频空调变工况下的性能,用MATLAB软件对空调系统的性能曲线进行拟合,用Energy Plus软件建立空调房模型及拟合后空调模型,对不同气象条件城市进行制冷季节能耗模拟对比。结果表明:空调设定20℃时,制冷全年耗电量广州最高,为成都的2.18倍。在上海、成都、广州地区空调设定温度每上升2℃,空调系统的耗电量分别降低约19.2%、17.1%、20.1%,对上班族晚6点到早6点开空调的使用习惯进行模拟,发现北京、上海、成都三地区耗电量相当,广州最高,约为北京的1.6倍。

Abstract: The enthalpy difference method is used to test the performance of R290 variable frequency air conditioning under varying working conditions. MATLAB software is used to fit the performance curve of the air conditioning system. Energy Plus software is used to build the air conditioning room model and the fitted air conditioning model. The results show that when the air conditioner is set at 20℃, the annual power consumption of refrigeration is the highest in Guangzhou, which is 2.18 times of that in Chengdu. In Shanghai, Chengdu and Guangzhou, the power consumption of air conditioning system decreases by about 19.2%, 17.1% and 20.1% when the set temperature of air conditioning rises by 2℃ respectively. The simulation of the use habit of office workers to turn on air conditioning from 6 PM to 6 AM shows that the power consumption of Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu is the same, and Guangzhou is the highest, which is about 1.6 times of Beijing.
