高温工况R290压缩机研究

摘要: 高温工况地区空调制冷剂替代技术已经成为全球空调行业的挑战,R290制冷剂是目前最佳的选择之一,但R290在高温工况存在性能衰减、充注量不足等问题。从机理分析出发,设计出一款合适于高温工况的R290大排量单缸压缩机,采用吸气隔热降低了性能衰减问题,并对消音器、底座、平衡块进行改善设计,解决了振动噪声大的问题,为后续压缩机整体设计提供了有利支撑。

Abstract: Air conditioning refrigerant substitution technology in high temperature operating areas has become a challenge for the global air conditioning industry, R290 refrigerant is one of the best choices at present, but R290 has some problems, such as performance degradation and insufficient filling capacity. Based on the mechanism analysis, an R290 large displacement single cylinder compressor suitable for high temperature condition is designed. In this compressor, suction heat isolation is adopted to minimize the performance decay, and the damper, the foundation and the balance weight are all improved to cope with the noise and vibration problem, which support the design of the upcoming compressors.
