空调室外机风道在恶劣安装环境下性能提升研究

Research on performance improvement for air duct of AC's outdoor unit in harsh installation environment

摘要: 随着新建建筑越来越多的以高层建筑为主,为保护空调安装人员生命安全以及防止使用过程中室外机脱落等问题,室外机越来越多以百叶窗式、隐藏式安装为主。百叶窗会阻挡室外机出风,导致室外机出现出风不畅、排风回流现象,室外机所处百叶窗空间内实际温度较外界环境温度变高,从而对空调整机性能、能效、可靠性等产生不利影响。旨在通过总结某产品室外机开发过程中送风系统风道结构设计过程,对比不同风筒高度、风筒R角对整机送风风场影响,拟合试验测试数据寻找到风筒高度最优值,并实际对比测试了改善前后送风风场,两种风筒高度机器在不同运行频率下模拟百叶窗安装环境整机性能。经验证改善后整机热回流率降低50%以上,可以明显改善整机在百叶窗安装环境下性能、可靠性。

Abstract: As more and more new buildings are mainly high-rise buildings, in order to protect the life safety of air-conditioning installers and prevent outdoor units from falling off during the use of the air conditioners, more and more outdoor units are installed in blinds style which is hidden way. But blinds will block the air out of the outdoor unit, causing poor air flow and exhaust air backflow to the outdoor unit, and the actual temperature in the blind space where the outdoor unit is located is higher than the external environment temperature, this will adversely affect the performance, energy efficiency and reliability of the air conditioner. The purpose is to summarize the design process of the air duct structure of the air supply system in the development process of an air-conditioner product's outdoor unit, comparing the influences on the air supply wind field of the whole machine with different air duct heights and air duct R angles, to get the optimal value of the height of the air duct by fitting the test data, and making the actual comparison test of air supply wind field in both two situations which before and after the improvement, the machines with two different air-duct heights simulate the overall performance in the blinds installation environment with different operating frequencies. It has been verified that the heat reflow rate of the whole machine is reduced by more than 50% after the improvement, which can significantly improve the performance and reliability of the whole machine in the blinds installation environment.
