摘要: 针对新型环保气垫包装结构,通过静刚度测试试验和气囊参数标定仿真模型,验证了均压气囊模型的准确性。通过建立洗衣机夹抱仿真模型,对原始聚苯乙烯泡沫、聚乙烯气垫侧垫包装结构进行夹抱仿真计算,得到了侧垫对箱体的压力和箱体的应力分布,证明了气垫包装较EPS泡沫刚强度上的优越性,实现了侧垫的替换可行性验证。进一步对洗衣机箱体外观不良,提出增加大刚度材料——木条的方案,并通过仿真计算佐证了其效果。该夹抱仿真方法尤其是均压气囊建模方法满足了企业对新型包装结构仿真高效和准确的要求。

Abstract: Aiming at the new environment-friendly airbag packaging structure, the accuracy of the uniform pressure airbag model is verified by static stiffness test and airbag parameter calibration simulation model. By establishing the clamping simulation model of washing machine, the clamping simulation calculation of the original polystyrene foam and polyethylene air cushion side cushion packaging structure is carried out, and the pressure of the side cushion on the box and the stress distribution of the box are obtained. It is proved that the air cushion packaging is superior to the EPS foam in terms of stiffness and strength, and the feasibility of replacing the side-foam is verified. Further, for the poor appearance of the washing machine box, a scheme of adding a high stiffness material - wood strip is proposed, and its effect is verified by simulation calculation. The clamping simulation method, especially the uniform pressure airbag model method, meets the requirements of enterprises for efficient and accurate simulation of new packaging structures.
