摘要: 格栅作为影响风道性能的关键部件,为了提升风道效率、降低噪声,采用仿真手段研究不同类型的格栅对风道性能的影响。研究表明:平面格栅风量比鼓包格栅的风量大,同转速下风量提升34%,可显著降低同风量下的噪声。因相比于鼓包的格栅,平面格栅的扇叶尖到导圈面的竖直距离与轮毂到格栅底部距离的比值越大,风扇电机的附近的涡流更少,流场更加均匀。

Abstract: The grille is a key component affecting the performance of the duct. For increasing the efficiency of the duct and decreasing the noise, it is studied by simulation that the influence of the performance of the different ducts. The research shows that the air volume of flat grille is larger than that of tubercle grille. After the flat grid is adopted, the air volume is increased by 34 % at the same speed, and the noise decreases significantly at the same air volume. Compared with the tubercle grille, the larger the vertical distance from the blade tip of the plane grid to the flow guides surface, the less the vortex near the fan motor is, and the more flow field is uniformed.
