对数螺曲线蜗壳在冰箱风道中的应用研究

摘要: 针对一款两门双系统、蒸发器底部安装结构的冰箱的冷冻风道系统,采用UG规律曲线方法快速匹配离心风机创建了对数螺型线的三维蜗壳模型,然后对冷冻间室和冷冻风道系统进行了数值模型创建及仿真研究,证明了对数螺型线蜗壳具有优异的气动性能,能够实现小风量离心风机长距离送风的严苛要求。并用实验验证了整机的性能,抽屉内及抽屉间温度波动在1℃以内。研究结果对蒸发器底部安装冰箱的蜗壳及风道系统的优化设计具有一定参考价值。

Abstract: Aiming at the refrigeration air duct system of a refrigerator with two door double system and evaporator bottom installation structure, the three-dimensional volute model of logarithmic spiral line is created by using UG law curve method to quickly match the centrifugal fan. Then the numerical model creation and simulation research of the refrigeration room and refrigeration air duct system are carried out, which proves that the logarithmic spiral line volute has excellent aerodynamic performance, it can meet the stringent requirements of long-distance air supply of small air volume centrifugal fans. The performance of the whole machine is verified by experiments. The temperature fluctuation in and between drawers is within 1℃. The research results have certain reference value for the optimal design of the volute and air duct system of the refrigerator installed at the bottom of the evaporator.
