摘要: 在科技进步大背景下,“新冰箱”产品日新月异。新材料、新部件、新功能在冰箱上层出不穷,传统检测方式已无法满足新一代冰箱质量检测需要。为满足冰箱检测需求,同时为提高检测效率、检测质量、减轻质检人员压力,冰箱产线技术人员针对质检痛点及“新”检测需求的性能及工艺特点,联合检测技术专业技术单位研究了一系列自动化、智能化、综合化的检测方案。通过对这些检测方案的分析、总结,可以看出AI检测在冰箱检测中得到越来越多的应用。随着AI检测技术进一步成熟,其在冰箱检测中使用的广度和深度会进一步加强。

Abstract: In the context of scientific and technological progress, the "new refrigerator" products are changing with each passing day. New materials, new parts, new functions in the upper layer of the refrigerator, the traditional inspection method can not meet the needs of the new generation of refrigerator quality inspection. In order to meet the needs of refrigerator inspection, improve the efficiency of inspection, improve the quality of inspection, and reduce the pressure of inspection personnel, the technicians of refrigerator production line jointly researched a series of automatic, intelligent and integrated inspection schemes according to the quality inspection pain points and the performance and process characteristics of the "new" inspection requirements. Through the analysis and summary of these detection schemes, it can be seen that AI detection has been more and more applied in refrigerator detection. As AI inspection technology matures further, its use in refrigerator inspection will increase in breadth and depth.
