波轮洗衣机悬挂系统动力学建模及动力学特性研究

摘要: 首先将波轮洗衣机悬挂系统的运动模型简化为平面二自由度模型,然后分别使用直接动力平衡法(达郎贝尔原理)和拉格朗日方法建立了波轮洗衣机悬挂系统的运动微分方程,并对所建立方程进行求解,绘制了两个自由度幅频特性曲线和桶部件顶端的合位移曲线,最后研究了平衡环和吊杆安装位置对悬挂系统振动的影响,提供了一种研究波轮洗衣机悬挂系统振动的工程方法。

Abstract: For the top loading washing machine, the motion of mounting system is firstly simplified to two degrees of freedom model, based on the analysis of the kinematic relationship, the mathematical model with two degrees of freedom is then derived by using D′Alembert principle and Lagrange method respectively. The equation of motion is solved and the amplitude-frequency curves for two degrees of freedom are drawn. At last the influence of balancer and suspension location on the tub vibration is studied. It provides one simple and convenient method for dynamic properties analysis of the front loading washing machine.
