吸油烟机上置风机平台降噪技术研究

Research on noise reduction technology of ventilator platform on range hood

摘要: 为了进一步降低吸油烟机的噪声,提升用户满意度,系统分析了吸油烟机气动噪声产生机理,进行了有针对性的结构优化与吸声降噪设计,并经过试验测试验证了多个技术方案。试验结果显示:标称最大风量下,箱体高度由400 mm增加到500 mm时,降噪0.6 dB(A);蜗壳型线优化,降噪0.7 dB(A);叶轮偏心135°,降噪0.2 dB(A);出风口座优化,降噪0.3 dB(A)。增加吸声设计组件后,箱体高度增加80 mm,降噪幅度达到最优;孔径4 mm以下的穿孔板配合吸声材料,对中低频吸声效果较好,吸声设计降噪达4 dB(A)。通过对风机平台关键风道部件的优化,配合吸声降噪技术,实现了整机多维度耦合降噪。

Abstract: In order to further reduce the noise of range hood and improve user satisfaction. The mechanism of the aerodynamic noise of the range hood is systematically analyzed, and the targeted structural optimization and sound absorption and noise reduction design are carried out. Several technical schemes are verified by experimental tests. The test results show that the noise reduction is 0.6 dB(A) when the box height is increased from 400 mm to 500 mm under the nominal maximum air volume. Volute profile optimization, noise reduction 0.7 dB(A). Impeller eccentricity 135° noise reduction 0.2 dB(A). Optimized air outlet seat, noise reduction of 0.3 dB(A). The height of the box is increased by 80mm, and the noise reduction range is optimized. The perforated plate with a hole diameter of less than 4 mm, together with sound-absorbing materials, has a good sound-absorbing effect on medium and low frequencies, and the noise reduction of the sound-absorbing design is up to 4 dB(A). Through the optimization of the key air duct components of the fan platform and the sound absorption and noise reduction technology, the multi-dimensional coupling noise reduction of the whole machine is realized.
