某移动空调贯流风道异响问题分析与改进

Analysis and improvement of abnormal noise problem in cross-flow air duct of a portable air conditioner

摘要: 针对某款移动空调贯流风道异音问题,基于CFD数值模拟以及实验方法,对贯流风道的气动特性以及噪声影响进行分析。通过分析,得到结论:本款移动空调异音问题源于风轮两端与底盘间隙中的空气流动进入主流道,干扰主流,增大湍流噪声,导致产生“呼哧”异声,风速不稳。通过采用风道曲线的改型设计,控制偏心涡分布,偏心涡卷吸区域向上部偏移,增大了贯流风轮通流面积,消除了异音问题,为后续的贯流风道的异音整改设计提供指导作用。

Abstract: For a abnormal noise problem in cross-flow air duct of a portable air conditioner. Based on the CFD numerical simulation and experimental method, the aerodynamic characteristics and the influence of abnormal noise of cross-flow duct are analyzed. The abnormal nosie problem of the portable air conditioner is caused by the air flow in the gap between two sides of the blades and the chassis, which interferes the main flow and increases turbulence noise, resulting in the abnormal noise and unstable wind speed. The problem of abnormal noise is eliminated by modifing the design of air duct curve, which controlled the distribution of eccentric vortex and the entrainment area of eccentric vortex is offset upward, which increases the flow area of the cross-flow fan. It provides a solution for the abnormal sound of the subsequent cross-flow air duct. It provides a solution for the abnormal noise of the cross-flow air duct.
