洗涤液浓度识别方法的研究及应用

摘要: 针对品类繁多的洗衣液制品,洗衣机如何准确识别出洗衣液的浓度,已成为智能洗衣机研究领域新的热点和难点。通过对洗涤剂识别方法的研究分析,得出溶液的电导率变化可以间接反映出洗衣液浓度变化,基于四极法电导率识别原理设计了洗衣液浓度识别模块,并进行了实验测试,其结果验证了该识别方法的可行性、准确性和稳定性。

Abstract: For a wide variety of detergent products, how to accurately identify the concentration of detergent has become a new hotspot and difficulty in the research field of intelligent washing machines. Through the research and analysis of the detergent identification method, it is concluded that the change of the conductivity of the solution can indirectly reflect the change of the detergent concentration. Based on the conductivity identification principle of the quadrupole method, the detergent concentration identification module is designed and tested. The results verify the feasibility, accuracy and stability of the identification method.
