滚筒洗衣机门封变形因素分析及研究

摘要: 鉴于滚筒洗衣机因其重量重和体积大,为了节省仓储空间和合理使用夹包车需要堆码四层,所以对整机的包装要求更高,尺寸链设计的合理性尤为重要。其中洗衣机长期放置后门封不能有变形、褶皱的情况出现。发生门封变形的原因主要有箱体后背变形、运输螺栓脱离、泡沫被严重挤压变形、包装相关的尺寸链不科学。泡沫的受力点干涉量需要容许3 mm的误差;运输螺栓长度需要充分考虑实际装配系统的误差,最终有效解决门封变形的问题。

Abstract: To save storage space and rational use of clamps machine, the front load washing machines with heavy weights and large volumes is normally stacked by 4 layers. Higher package requirements were proposed. So as the rationality of dimension chain. The deformation and wrinkles are not permitted to happen in gasket after long time placed. Main cause to the deformation of gasket including the rear cabinet deformation, the transportation bolts get loosing, compressional deformation of foam and irrational dimension chain of packaging. The interference of the foam stress point must allow for a 3 mm error. The transport bolt length must fully consider the error of the actual assembly system. Eventually, an effective method for resolving gasket deformation problem is presented.
