厨房空调过滤系统及其性能研究

摘要: 提出一款新型整体式厨房空调,并针对厨房环境重油烟的痛点,设计了HEPA网、泡沫镍滤网、多孔活性炭滤网以及不锈钢滤网4款回风滤网,测试4款样机的过滤效果及炒菜300个周期长期运行前后的制冷性能。结果显示:HEPA网对于油烟过滤效果最好,但滤网风阻较大,长期运行后风量衰减14 m3/h,额定制冷能力下降81 W,风量和能力衰减较大;不锈钢滤网的风阻最小,但其对于油烟的过滤效果最差,长期运行后风量;下降10 m3/h,额定制冷能力下降166 W,能力衰减最大,其主要原因是有油烟泄露并附着到样机的蒸发器铝翅片,影响蒸发器换热效率;活性炭滤网对于油烟过滤效果好,且滤网风阻小,长期运行后的风量和额定制冷能力分别下降5 m3/h和49 W,衰减较少;泡沫镍滤网的多孔结构能有效过滤油烟,滤网风阻小,长期运行后风量和额定制冷能力分别下降3 m3/h和34 W,风量和制冷性能衰减最小。泡沫镍滤网清洗后可持续使用,是厨房空调滤网的理想选择。

Abstract: Present a new type of integral kitchen air conditioner. According to the characteristics of heavy oil smoke in the kitchen environment, four types of air filters, including HEPA filter, nickel foam filter, porous activated carbon filter and stainless steel filter, were designed. The filtration effect of the four prototypes and the refrigeration performance before and after 300 cycles of long-term operation of cooking were tested. The results show that: the HEPA filter is the best for oil fume filtration, but the air resistance of the filter is large. The air volume decreases 14 m3/h, and the rated refrigeration capacity decreases 81 W after a long-term operation, the air volume and the refrigeration capacity decreases greatly. The stainless steel filter has the smallest wind resistance, but it’s the worst for oil fume filtration. After a long-term operation, the air volume decreases by 10 m3/h, the rated refrigeration capacity decreases by 166 W, and it is most obviously, the main reason is that the oil fume leaks and attaches to the aluminum fin of the evaporator, which affects the heat exchange efficiency of the evaporator. The activated carbon filter is good for fume filtration, and its wind resistance is small. After long-term operation, the air volume and rated refrigeration capacity decreases by 5 m3/h and 49 W, it’s not significant. The porous structure of the nickel foam filter can filter the oil fume effectively, and its wind resistance is small too. After a long-term operation, the air volume and rated cooling capacity decreases by 3 m3/h and 34 W respectively, the attenuation of air volume and refrigeration capacity is the smallest. The nickel foam filter can be used sustainably after cleaning, which is an ideal choice for kitchen air-conditioner filter.
