摘要: 本文针对壁挂式空调器排水管售后投诉漏水等问题进行分析研究,主要从不同结构的排水管进行ANSYS WorkBench静力分析和Fluent流体分析,对比几种不同的排水管结构,从而选出最优的排水管结构,减少售后漏水发生的概率,避免出现售后投诉等现象。

关键词: 壁挂式空调器, 排水管, 仿真分析

Abstract: In order to analysis the water leakage problems of the wall type air conditioner, several different drainage tubes were analyzed by ANSYS WorkBench structure ststic analysis and Fluent analysis to compare of several different drainage tubes, so as to select the optimal structure of the drainage pipe reducing the probability of the occurrence of water leakage from the customer, to avoid the phenomenon of the custonmers’complaints.
