新风倒灌噪声分析与改进

Analysis and improvement of fresh air backflow noise

摘要: 新风空调安装完成后,空调关机状态下,当室外刮大风且风速高于6 m/s时,室内侧空调内机会出现“轰轰”的噪声,影响用户的正常休息。为了提高空调的舒适性,提升用户的满意度,通过对整个新风系统的密封结构及噪声的激发源分析,发现室外刮大风时风会灌进新风管内,风在高流速的过程中撞击新风管内壁产生噪声,声音透过新风管输送进空调内机的新风模块内部的腔体中,从而在室内侧产生倒灌噪声。在优化新风倒灌噪声方案上,提出了在新风管上设计圆形的消音孔,降噪效果明显。

Abstract: After the fresh air conditioner is installed, when the air conditioner is shut down, when the outdoor wind speed is higher than 6 m/s, there may be a loud noise in the indoor air conditioner, which affects the normal rest of the user. In order to improve the comfort of the air conditioner and enhance user satisfaction, through the analysis of the sealing structure and noise excitation source of the whole fresh air system, it is found that when there is a strong wind outside, the wind will pour into the fresh air pipe, and the wind will impact the inner wall of the fresh air pipe in the process of high velocity to produce noise, and the sound will be transported through the fresh air pipe into the cavity inside the fresh air module of the air conditioner. Thus producing backflow noise on the indoor side. In order to optimize the noise scheme of fresh air backfilling, it is proposed to design a circular muffler hole on the fresh air pipe, and the noise reduction effect is obvious.
