双涵道级联风机振动异音消除研究

摘要: 针对双涵道级联风机的异音问题进行深入分析,通过模态分析理论对噪声来源进行诊断,发现电机安装板的第三阶模态共振导致风机异音,进一步结合模态仿真分析对风机安装板结构进行了优化设计。最后对优化后的风机系统进行了噪声试验验证,试验表明优化后级联风机的振动异音得到消除,大幅提升了级联风机的声品质。采用的基于模态理论的噪声源诊断以及异音消除方法,能够对同类型产品的噪声问题提供一定的理论指导。

Abstract: The noise problem of the double bypass fans is analyzed in depth, and the source of the noise is diagnosed by modal analysis theory, it is found that the third mode resonance of the motor mounting plate causes the fan abnormal sound, the optimized design of the fan mounting plate structure is carried out by combining with modal simulation analysis. Finally, the optimized fan system is tested, which shows that the vibration noise of the optimized double bypass fans is eliminated, and the sound quality of the cascade fan is greatly improved. The method of noise source diagnosis and noise elimination based on modal theory can provide some guidance for the noise problems of the same type of products.
