空调室外机高频噪声问题分析及优化

摘要: 为了解决空调室外机制热压缩机低频运行时高频尖锐声明显的问题。首先,通过振动源识别,确定高频尖锐声产生的机理;其次,通过载波频率的调制,实现了尖锐噪声的改善。研究表明,尖锐高频噪声是由载波频率激励压缩机电机和风机共同导致,载波频谱呈明显倍频程关系;对于压缩机载波(5 kHz)和风机载波(15 kHz)来说,压缩机载波频率的2倍频及风机载波频率的基频对尖锐噪声的贡献量较大;增大载波频率或者压缩机载波频率和风机载波频率错开调制,都能有效减小尖锐高频声。研究结果可为电机高频噪声的抑制提供参考。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of high-frequency sharp noise during low-frequency operation of the compressor of air conditioning under heat-pump condition. Firstly, by identifying the vibration source, determine the mechanism of high-frequency sharp sound generation; Secondly, by modulating the carrier frequency, the improvement of sharp noise is achieved. Research has shown that sharp high-frequency noise is caused by the excitation of the compressor and fan by the carrier frequency, and the carrier frequency spectrum exhibits a significant octave relationship. For the compressor carrier frequency (5 kHz) and fan carrier frequency (15 kHz), the second harmonic of the compressor carrier frequency and the fundamental frequency of the fan carrier frequency have a significant contribution to sharp noise. Increasing the carrier frequency or modulating the compressor carrier frequency and fan carrier frequency in a staggered manner can effectively reduce sharp high-frequency sounds. The results of the research can provide a reference for suppressing high-frequency noise in motors.
