基于阻抗管的空调用隔音棉性能研究

摘要: 隔音棉是空调中重要的降噪部件,其声学性能对空调器声品质的提升具有重要的意义,行业内常用吸声系数和隔声量等参数来表征其声学性能。为探究空调用隔音棉的声学性能规律,首先对隔音棉在空调器中的装配形式及其材料成分种类进行研究;然后选择基于阻抗管的方法对空调用隔音棉材料进行吸隔声性能测研究,探明其吸隔声性能与材料结构形式、厚度配置参数的规律关系;吸声性能研究发现内侧毛毡层决定了隔音棉的吸声系数、板材层外侧毛毡对吸声性能基本无贡献;隔声性能研究发现板材层的质量决定了隔音棉的隔声量,明确了板材厚度、密度控制的重要性,以及表面压花板材对隔声性能的危害。

Abstract: The acoustic performance of air conditioning insulation cotton has great significance to improve the sound quality of air conditioners. Its acoustic performance is mainly characterized by acoustic absorption coefficient and acoustic insulation quantity. Impedance tube based method is used to study the sound absorption and insulation performance of air conditioning sound insulation cotton material, to explore the relationship between its sound absorption and insulation performance and material configuration parameters, as a guide for the design of air conditioning equipment or selection of sound insulation cotton.
