轻质高刚PP材料在空调室外机轴流风扇的应用研究

摘要: 空调室外机轴流风扇常采用增强AS材料,该材料具有密度大、成本高、材质较脆易破损的缺点。以室外机轴流风扇为研究对象,从材料的力学性能、风扇单体性能及室外机噪声、风量等方面,验证了轻质高刚PP材料在空调外机上的可行性。结果表明,使用轻质高刚PP材料替代增强AS材料,轴流风扇减重约9.8%,风扇单体和整机的性能等指标达到量产要求。

Abstract: The traditional axial flow fan for outdoor air conditioning units uses reinforced AS materials, which have the disadvantages of high density, high cost, and brittle and easily damaged materials. Takes the axial flow fan of outdoor units as the research object, and verifies the feasibility of lightweight and high stiffness PP material on the outdoor unit of air conditioning from the aspects of material mechanical properties, fan monomer performance, outdoor unit noise, air volume, etc. The results show that using lightweight and high stiffness PP material instead of reinforced AS material can reduce the weight of the axial flow fan by about 9.8%, and the performance indicators of the fan monomer and the entire machine meet the requirements of mass production.
