阻尼层在空调机组降噪中的应用

Application of damping in noise reduction of air conditioning units

摘要: 变频室外机钣金壳体在变频压缩机激振下,在某些频率是室外机主要的噪声辐射源。采用半功率带的方法,对比原始钣金结构和增加阻尼层的钣金结构的阻尼,阻尼比由原来的0.43%提升到2.60%,并把增加阻尼层的钣金结构应用在室外机外壳上,峰值噪声降低了12.8 dB(A),明显改善了室外机的噪声声品质。

Abstract: The metal shell of the variable frequency outdoor unit is the main noise radiation source of the outdoor unit at certain frequencies under the excitation of the compressor. Using a half power band method, the damping of the original sheet metal structure and the sheet metal structure with added damping layer was compared. The damping was increased from 0.43% to 2.60%, and the sheet metal structure with added damping layer was applied to the outdoor unit casing. The peak noise was reduced by 12.8 dB(A), significantly improving the noise quality of the outdoor unit.
