摘要: 为推出更加满足用户需求的新风空调,通过入户访谈、问卷调研等方式挖掘用户需求要素,并对用户需求要素进行优先级排序,发现用户在静音、智能、舒适、服务等方面期待改善。优先需要降低新风功能运行时的噪声、提高智能检测和智能交互水平、提高专业人员安装服务水平。通过用户调研挖掘用户需求,可以提高用户满意度,提升产品的市场竞争力,为后续新风空调的开发提供策略支持。

Abstract: In order to launch new air conditioners that better meet user needs, user demand elements were explored through household interviews, questionnaire surveys, and other methods. Priority ranking was conducted on user demand elements, and it was found that users expect improvement in areas such as quietness, intelligence, comfort, and service. Priority needs to be given to reducing the noise during the operation of the fresh air function, improving the level of intelligent detection and interaction, and improving the level of professional installation services. By conducting user research to explore user needs, it can improve user satisfaction, enhance product market competitiveness, and provide strategic support for the subsequent development of fresh air conditioning.
