近吸式吸油烟机环吸板的进风形式优化和分析

Optimization and analysis of the air inlet form of the annular suction plate in near suction rang hood

摘要: 吸油烟机上环吸板的合理布置和增加可以提升吸烟效果,为了研究其对内外部流场的影响,在某吸油烟机的进风口上增加环吸板,针对不同的环吸板尺寸,不同的环吸板进风间隙,进行仿真计算,优化分析。计算结果对比实验,认为仿真模型可信。通过对比分析计算仿真的9组数据,可以发现环吸板对风机内部流动存在影响,对风机流量存在影响,对风机效率存在影响,对环吸板四周流动状态也存在影响。从而根据流场分布以及吸油烟机实吸油烟效果,可以确定该吸油烟机合适的环吸板尺寸范围。

Abstract: The reasonable arrangement and addition of the annular suction plate on the range hood can improve the smoking effect. In order to study its impact on the internal and external flow fields, adding a annular suction plate to the air inlet of a range hood, the range hood is analyzed and optimized using CFD method for different annular suction plate sizes, different plate air inlet gap. Comparison between results of the calculation and experiment shows that the simulation model is credible. By comparing and analyzing the simulated 9 sets of data, it can be found that the annular suction plate has an influence on the internal flow of the fan, which has an influence on the fan flow rate, and has an influence on the fan efficiency, and also affects the flow state around the plate. Therefore, according to the flow field and the effect of the range hood, the suitable size range of the annular suction plate for the range hood can be determined.
