热泵空调器全塑导风板设计与应用研究

Design and application research on reliability of the all-plastic air deflector for heat pump air conditioner

摘要: 运动部件轻量化设计,是保证热泵空调器导风部件使用可靠性的重要方法之一。大导风板作为热泵空调器室内机最大的运动部件,一般采用外金属/内塑料的复合设计;外观设计美观,但是重量重,且生产过程复杂。为了降低导风板部件重量和提高生产效率,采用塑料件替代金属件进行全新设计。利用Creo对全新设计的热泵空调器全塑导风板进行结构设计和最大力矩计算;并对全塑导风板与外金属/内塑料复合导风板相比进行装配效率对比分析。结果表明,在导风效果和总质量相当的情况下,全塑导风板的驱动力矩下降11.7%,装配效率提高50%以上。

Abstract: The light-weight design of moving parts was one of the important methods of ensuring the reliability of the air-deflector-part of heat pump air conditioner. As the largest moving part of the heat pump air conditioner indoor unit, the large guide air deflector was generally processed with composite design: metal (outer)/plastic (inner). The appearance was beautiful, but weight was heavy, and the production process was complicated. In order to reduce the weight and improvement of productive efficiency, a plastic component was used for a new design. Researched with Creo, the new structural design and maximum driving torque calculations of the heat pump air conditioning all-plastic air deflector were studied. And the assembling efficiency of the all-plastic air deflector was compared with the outer metal/inner plastic composite air deflector. The results showed that, at comparable total mass, the maximum driving torque of the all-plastic air deflector reduced by 11.1%, the assembling efficiency was improved by more than 50%.
