反渗透净水器大流量技术的研究及应用

摘要: 反渗透净水器由于过滤精度高,需要高压进行逆向渗透,其纯水的终端出水量受到约束。为了在目前技术基础上提升终端出水量,采用大流量技术来提高终端出水量参数。通过测试分析,大流量技术能够显著提升终端出水量(可达4 L/min),大幅降低产品噪声(≤51 dB(A)),且保证出水水质符合卫生安全的标准要求。此外,大流量技术在净水器成本方面也有较大幅度的降低。因此,大流量技术在饮水体验、纯水水质、产品成本等方面,都更符合消费者需求,对反渗透净水器行业的发展起到积极的促进作用。

Abstract: Due to the high filtration accuracy, reverse osmosis water purifier needs high pressure for reverse osmosis, and the terminal water output of pure water is restricted. In order to improve the terminal water yield based on the current technology, large flow technology is adopted to improve the terminal water yield parameters. Through testing and analysis, the large flow technology can significantly improve the terminal water output (to 4 L/min), greatly reduce the product noise (≤51 dB(A)), and ensure that the effluent quality meets the health and safety standards, in addition, the large flow technology also has a considerable reduction in the cost of water purifiers. Therefore, the large flow technology in drinking water experience, pure water quality, product cost, etc., are more in line with consumer demand, and play a positive role in promoting the development of reverse osmosis water purifier industry.
