基于零电压矢量脉冲法的空调风机飞车启动策略研究

Zero-voltage vector based flying-starting strategy for air conditioning fan

摘要: 空调风机启动时,由于外界风力作用,风机已经处于旋转状态,即飞车启动。准确的初始位置和转速检测是飞车启动的基础。首先分析零电压矢量脉冲法基本原理,求解零电压矢量脉冲作用下的永磁同步电机电流表达式,获得基于零电压矢量脉冲法的永磁同步电机初始位置和转速检测方法。在此基础上,设计脉冲宽度和脉冲间隔的确定方法,并进行实验验证。实验结果表明,所分析的零电压矢量脉冲法能够较好地实现空调风机旋转状态下的初始位置和转速检测,并能实现飞车启动。

Abstract: When the air conditioner fan starts, it may be in a rotating state due to the external wind, which is called flying start. Accurate initial position and speed detection are the basis for flying start. Firstly, the principle of zero-voltage vector pulse method is analyzed, and then the current of PMSM under the action of zero-voltage vector pulse is solved, and then the initial position and speed detection method of PMSM based on zero-voltage vector pulse method is given. On this basis, the determination method of pulse width and interval is designed, and finally experimental verification is carried out. The experimental results show that the zero-voltage vector pulse method can effectively observe the initial position and speed of the air conditioning fan under rotating state, and realize the start of the vehicle.
