某贯流风机空调器气流组织的全尺度数值模拟

Full-scale numerical simulation of the air organization of a wall-hanging air conditioner with the crossflow fan

摘要: 空调的气流组织形式与效果是影响人体热舒适性的重要因素,也一直是领域内研究的热点和难点。为探索壁挂式贯流风机空调器制冷工况的气流组织效果并给予优化,采用计算流体力学(CFD)技术对某型号壁挂式空调的气流组织形式进行了全尺度数值模拟,研究了不同风量条件下室内速度场和温度场的分布情况,并将数值模拟结果与试验结果进行了对比。经研究得到以下成果:室内温度分布的模拟结果与试验结果的误差被控制在10%以内,且76.2%的测点温度误差在5%以内。对于新机型的开发和优化具有较好的参考价值,所采用的全尺度模拟方法对于空调出风在室内的气流组织效果具有较好的预测效果。

Abstract: The air flow organization form and effect of air conditioning are important factors that affect human thermal comfort, and have always been the hotspots and difficulties in the field. In order to explore the air distribution effect of the split hanging air conditioner with cross flow fan under the refrigeration condition and optimize it, used Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) technology to carry out a full-scale simulation of the air distribution form of a split hanging air conditioner, studied the distribution of indoor velocity field and temperature field under different air volume conditions, and compared the numerical simulation results with the experimental results. The research results are as follows: the error between the simulation results of indoor temperature distribution and the test results is controlled within 10%, and the temperature error of 76.2% of the measuring points is within 5%. Has a good reference value for the development and optimization of new models, and the full scale simulation method used has a good prediction effect on the indoor air distribution effect of air conditioning.
