导风板对空调风量及室内气流组织影响的研究

Study on the influence of air deflector on air volume and indoor air distribution of air conditioning

摘要: 利用计算流体力学软件Star-CCM+,对四面出风嵌入式空调导风板在不同角度下的室内气流进行数值仿真,计算出各个出风口风量以及整体风量的大小,利用MATLAB采用数值拟合方法得出导风板角度与风量的数值关系,得出五次多项式能够准确描述风量与静态角度的关系;并通过对1.5 m高度平面的速度场与温度场仿真,得出导风板处于40°时,室内气流更能满足舒适性要求。

Abstract: Using the computational fluid dynamics software Star-CCM+, the indoor air flow of the four side air outlet embedded air-conditioning air deflector at different angles is numerically simulated, and the air volume of each outlet and the overall air volume are calculated. The numerical relationship between the angle of the air deflector and the air volume is obtained by using the numerical fitting method of MATLAB, and the quintic polynomial can accurately describe the relationship between the air volume and the static angle; Through the simulation of the velocity field and temperature field of the 1.5 m height plane, it is concluded that the indoor air flow can better meet the comfort requirements when the air deflector is at 40°.
