壁挂式空调出风口位置对人体热舒适性影响研究

摘要: 利用CFD建立壁挂式空调房间气流组织仿真模型,对具有上出风口的壁挂机制冷舒适性进行评估优化,以不同工况下房间内风速仿真结果与实验对比发现,评估模型误差在5%以内,吻合较好。在对上出风口高度及其气流吹出角度进行分析时发现,上出风口高度为180 mm,气流吹出角度为11°时,天花板至人体头部之间区域的风速最高。在与下出风口的壁挂式空调进行制冷舒适性实验对比后发现,具有上出风口的壁挂机吹风感较小,温度分层现象不明显,热舒适性具有明显优势,因此研究成果对新型壁挂式空调的开发具有指导意义。

Abstract: Uses CFD to establish air-conditioner airflow simulation model, and evaluate the refrigeration comfort of the up air-outlet, and the evaluation model error of the wind speed simulation results and experiments in different conditions have been found within 5%. Analysis of the upper air outlet height and its airflow blowing angle, the upper air outlet height is 180 mm, and the airflow is blown out of 11°, wind speed of the upper area of human body is the highest. After the comparison of comfort experiment, it was found that the air conditioner with the upper air-outlet draft sensation and temperature hierarchical phenomenon is not obvious, which is good for the thermal comfort. The results is helpful for the research on air conditioners.
