三种不同出风口形式的柜式空调的热舒适性实验分析

摘要: 通过热舒适性实验室测试了三种不同出风口形式的柜式空调的热舒适性,其出风口形式分别为上出风口式、上下出风口式和纵向出风口式。测试结果显示:上出风口式柜式空调具有最佳的热舒适性;对于上下出风口式柜式空调,由于其出风被分成两股,单股气流所具有的动量较小,难以吹远,造成房间内机组近端的足部位置易出现过冷或过热现象,且制热时机组的远端位置的温度较低,温度均匀性差;对于纵向出风口式柜式空调,由于其出风口的高度位置位于人体主要活动区域高度位置内,房间内机组近端的位置也易出现过冷或过热现象,同时在制热时,机组的出风不能吹到人体的足部位置,温度均匀性差,垂直温差大。

Abstract: The thermal comfort of floor standing air conditioners of three different outlet types was tested in the thermal comfort laboratory and the outlet types were upper air outlet, upper and lower air outlets and lengthwise air outlet respectively. The test results show that there is the best thermal comfort for the floor standing air conditioner with upper outlet; for the floor standing air conditioner with upper and lower air outlets, because its flow of air from the outlet was divided into two streams, the momentum of the single streams of air was small and it was difficult to be blown far, so the too cold or too hot air flow at near the foot of the unit was easy to be detected in the room, and the temperature at the far of the unit in the room was low and the temperature uniformity was poor during heating; for the floor standing air conditioner with lengthwise air outlet, the position of height of its outlet is in the range of that of the main activity area of human body, and the too cold or too hot air flow at near the foot of the unit was also easy to be detected in the room, and at the same time the air flow of the unit couldn’t reach the position of foot, and the temperature uniformity was poor ,and vertical temperature difference was larger during heating in the room.
