使用吸振器优化空调吸气管路的研究

Research on optimizing the air conditioning suction pipeline using a dynamic vibration absorber

摘要: 空调压缩机配管的减振设计是研发过程中的重要环节,传统的吸气管路设计常通过绕压缩机增加折弯的方式达到减振目的。为了优化吸气管路,设计了一种搭配管路吸振器使用的新型吸气管,可大幅降低管路加工难度和用料成本。并通过HyperMesh有限元分析软件仿真结合实验证明了新型管路的振动优于传统吸气管。经过参数优化后的吸振器相较减震块可以多降低77.5%的管路振幅。

Abstract: The vibration reduction design of air conditioning compressor piping is an important part of the research and development process. Traditional suction pipeline design often achieves vibration reduction by adding bends around the compressor. In order to optimize the suction pipeline, a new type of suction pipeline was designed to be used with a pipeline vibration absorber, which can significantly reduce the difficulty of pipeline processing and material costs. And through HyperMesh finite element simulation combined with experiments, it has been proven that the vibration of the new pipeline is better than that of the traditional suction pipeline. After parameter optimization, the vibration absorber reduced the pipeline amplitude by 77.5% more than the shock absorber.
