家用新风空调低温排风可靠性实验研究

Experimental study on low temperature exhaust reliability of household fresh air conditioner

摘要: 新风空调在低温环境下使用排风换气功能时,容易在排风管道内产生凝露结冰堵塞问题,影响换气效果和使用可靠性,因此,研究改善和防控排风管道内的凝露结冰有着重要意义。基于排风管道内凝露和结冰的形成原理,通过对排风管道内壁面温度的计算及比较分析,预测凝露和结冰风险程度,提出了一套运行防控逻辑。经过实验验证,在室外-7℃,排风功能运行8 h实验期间,排风管道内仅产生少量凝露和结冰,可靠性得到显著提高。

Abstract: When the fresh air conditioner uses the exhaust ventilation function in a low temperature environment, it is easy to cause condensation icing and blockage in the exhaust duct, which affects the ventilation effect and service reliability. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the improvement and prevention of condensation icing in the exhaust duct. Based on the formation principle of condensation and icing in exhaust pipe, a set of operation prevention and control logic is proposed to predict the risk degree of condensation and icing through the calculation and comparative analysis of the temperature of exhaust pipe inner wall. Experimental verification shows that only a small amount of condensation and icing are produced in the exhaust duct during the outdoor -7℃ exhaust function test for 8 h, and the reliability is significantly improved.
