摘要: 针对直流供电场景下设备供电方案的需求,分析对比了典型电源拓扑的特点,选择采用双管正激拓扑,并根据应用需求详细梳理了关键器件参数设计方法和选型计算。重点针对电源稳定性进行控制环路分析和建模,搭建了控制系统小信号仿真模型,通过仿真对控制环路参数设计和稳定性进行分析。并研制了一台200 W功率等级样机,各项性能指标达到设计要求,控制性能稳定,验证了参数设计和理论分析的正确性和有效性。

Abstract: According to the requirements of the equipment power supply scheme in the DC power system, analyzes and compares the characteristics of typical power supply topologies, chooses the dual-transistor forward topology, and sorts out the key device parameter design methods and selection calculations in detail according to the application requirements. Focusing on the control loop analysis and modeling for power supply stability, a small-signal simulation model of the control system is built, and the control loop parameter design and stability are analyzed through simulation analysis. And a 200 W power level prototype is developed. The performance indicators of the prototype meet the design requirements, the control performance is stable, demonstrating the correctness and effectiveness of the theoretical analysis.
