摘要: 本文以变频挂机采用压缩机高频启动方案达到速冷速热效果为基础,探讨了压缩机高频启动方案的相关问题。通过Simulink仿真分析,结合实际测试情况优化PID参数,确定压缩机高频启动驱动控制参数;通过试验验证及分析,给出压缩机高频启动后的频率自适应控制影响因素,并指出此阶段冷媒流量需求特点,确定膨胀阀开度控制方案。本文总结了压缩机高频启动的合理、可靠设计方案,在达到空调器速冷速热的效果的同时,确保机组可以长期运行可靠。

Abstract: This paper discussed some topics of the high frequency start of the compressor, based on the variable frequency air conditioner which uses high frequency startup compressor. with the Simulink simulation analysis and actual test results, to optimize the PID parameters and determine the compressor high frequency starting drive control parameters. With the test verification and analysis, the frequency adaptive control factors after the compressor high frequency start are given, and the characteristics of the cooling medium flow demand in this stage are pointed out, and the expansion control scheme of the expansion valve is determined. This paper summarizes the reasonable and reliable design scheme of the compressor high frequency starting. It can ensure the long-term operation of the unit while achieving the effect of fast cooling and heating of the air conditioner.
