智能家电产品无线性能测试系统的研究及应用

摘要: Wi-Fi & BT的无线性能测试是智能家电产品在开发过程中的一个重要环节,无线性能的测试结果可为智能家电产品前期设计优化提供更有价值的依据和参考方向。为满足大型智能家电产品的无线性能测试需求,引入一种大1/4环结构多探头的OTA暗室测试系统。暗室内在垂直面0°~105°范围内分布22个探头,最小可实现5°的密集采样间隔,待测智能家电产品在一维转台上通过360°范围的旋转,实现多半空间的数据采样,OTA暗室测试系统的上位机运用算法对采集的数据进行处理,得到所测智能家电产品的无线性能参数。文中对该系统在TIRP测试、TIRS测试进行了理论推导与计算,并基于“金机”与深圳摩尔环宇通信技术公司的全环多探头OTA暗室系统进行测试对比论证,两个系统在TIRP测试项的最大误差为0.51 dB,在TIRS测试项的最大误差为0.36 dB,测试误差在允许范围之内。可证明该OTA暗室测试系统能有效、准确、快速地对大型智能家电产品进行无线性能测试。

Abstract: The wireless performance test of Wi-Fi & BT is an important part of the development process of smart home appliances, and the test results of wireless performance can provide a more valuable basis and reference direction for the pre-design optimization of smart home appliances. In order to meet the wireless performance test requirements of large-scale intelligent home appliances, adopt a large 1/4 ring structure multi-probe OTA darkroom test system. In the darkroom, 22 probes are distributed in the range of 0°~105° in the vertical plane, and a dense sampling interval of 5° can be realized at least. The smart home appliances to be tested are rotated in the one-dimensional rotary table in the range of 360° to realize the sampling of data in more than half of the space, and the upper computer of the OTA darkroom test system applies algorithms to the processing of the collected data, and obtains wireless performance parameters of the smart home appliances to be tested. The system in the TIRP test, TIRS test theoretical derivation and calculation, and based on the "Golden sample" and Shenzhen Moore Huanyu Communication Technology Company's full-ring multi-probe OTA darkroom system test comparison demonstration, the two systems in the TIRP test item of the maximum error of 0.51 dB, in the TIRS test item of the maximum error of 0.36 dB, the test error is within the permissible range. Proved the OTA darkroom test system can effectively, accurately and quickly test the wireless performance of large-scale intelligent home appliances.
