摘要: 传感器是家电实现智能化的重要感知器件,其中气体传感器作为一种成熟的传感器件,在家电领域目前仅在空气净化器、新风空调等领域简单应用。随着有关传感器阵列化和智能算法的引入,也让气体传感器在家电中有了更多的潜在应用场景。首先简要介绍了气体传感器的原理和识别算法,阐述了气体传感器及阵列化在家电领域保鲜、烹饪、健康监测等智能场景中的潜在应用;然后提出了气体传感器在家电中应用面临的寿命、漂移、一致性问题;最后对未来发展进行了展望,提出了推动应用发展的建议:(1)加强气体传感器阵列化的研究;(2)加强家电企业和传感器企业的合作开发;(3)加强家电应用场景下的数据积累。

Abstract: Sensors ore important sensing device for home appliances to achieve intelligence, sensors play a very important role. As a mature sensor device, gas sensor is only used in the field of home appliances in the fields of air purifiers, fresh air conditioners and other fields. With the introduction of sensor arrays and intelligent algorithms, gas sensors also have more potential application scenarios in home appliances. First, briefly introduces the principle of gas sensors and recognition algorithm, expounds the potential applications of gas sensors and arrays in intelligent scenarios such as preservation, cooking, and health monitoring in the field of home appliances. Then, puts forward the problems of life, drift and consistency faced by gas sensors in home appliances. Finally, looks forward to the future development and puts forward suggestions to promote the application development: (1) strengthen the research of gas sensor array; (2) strengthen the cooperative development of home appliance companies and sensor companies; (3) strengthen data accumulation in home appliance application scenarios.
