摘要: 随着人们对食材保鲜和饮食健康的关注度提升,多样化的食材管理方法被应用到冰箱和冷柜,管理着食材的进出,并与人们的健康饮食进行关联。通过图像识别、RFID、OCR、NFC和语音技术都可以实现食材管理,但每种方式都具有一定的技术局限性,导致在产品上的应用推广受限,其中NFC技术有着低成本、高识别率和易生产等优势,更易于推广应用,基于NFC技术的食材管理系统,包含硬件设计原理和软件设计流程,通过NFC食材夹管理食物的进出和保质期限、营养管理等,可为用户提升体验感,既适合家用,也可以推广商用,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: With the increasing attention to food preservation and dietary health, diverse food management methods have been applied to refrigerators and freezers, managing the entry and exit of ingredients and linking them with people's healthy diets. Food ingredient management can be achieved through image recognition, RFID, OCR, NFC, and voice technology, but each method has certain technical limitations, leading to limited application and promotion in products. NFC technology has advantages such as low cost, high recognition rate, and easy production, making it easier to promote and apply. A food ingredient management system based on NFC technology includes hardware design principles and software design processes. By using NFC food clips to manage food entry and exit, shelf life, nutrition management, etc., it can improve user experience and is suitable for both household and commercial use, with broad application prospects.
