摘要: 本文根据风险评估和风险降低的国家标准以及家用电器的安全要求,讨论了扫地机器人风险评估的方法和测试过程,并在标准的指导下,对扫地机器人的跌落试验进行了验证。通过对地检传感器电路和碰撞传感器电路设置故障,模拟实现了跌落情况的发生,从而验证了风险评估对扫地机器人产品的重要性。

Abstract: According to the national standard of risk assessment and risk reduction and the safety requirements of household appliances, this paper discusses the method of risk assessment and the process of testing for sweeping robots, and verifies it by the drop test of sweeping robots under the guidance of the standard. By setting the fault to the ground sensor circuit and the collision sensor circuit, this paper simulates the falling situation, so that, it verifies the importance of risk assessment to the sweeping robot product.
